At Neurair, we design and deliver cutting-edge liquid cooling solutions for data centers, high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence infrastructure, and edge deployments. Direct-to-Chip Cooling

We provide systems that deliver coolant directly to the surface of CPUs, GPUs, and other high-performance chips. This approach removes heat more effectively than air, allowing for higher power densities and more efficient operation.

Used for: AI/ML clusters, HPC workloads, and dense compute nodes.
Key Benefit: Up to 90% more efficient than air cooling in targeted zones.

Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)

Our CDUs act as the thermal bridge between facility water and IT cooling loops. They manage temperature, flow rate, and pressure with precision — and come with options for redundancy, telemetry, and remote diagnostics.

Used for: All direct-to-chip and immersion deployments.

Key Benefit: Safe, efficient, and scalable integration with chilled water loops.

We design and support cooling interfaces for single-phase and two-phase immersion systems, where entire servers are submerged in dielectric fluid. Our CDUs and custom plumbing kits make these deployments reliable and safe.

SideCar & In-Rack Cooling

When a European AI research lab began scaling its compute clusters for advanced machine learning models, they faced a critical challenge: heat. Their conventional cooling systems couldn’t keep up with the dense GPU racks running 24/7. That’s when they turned to Neurair.​ Working closely with their facilities and IT teams, Neurair deployed a modular direct-to-chip liquid cooling solution paired with smart CDU integration.

 

The result? Stable thermal performance, lower power usage, and the ability to push their systems further — without the noise, energy waste, or space constraints of legacy air cooling.
